We want to create a leadership development culture that provides opportunities so that every person can become everything God created them to be. Kids Leadership Experience is a nine-month journey where 4th and 5th graders will grow in becoming a disciple of Jesus, and learn to lead themselves and others through weekly and monthly interactive experiences.

Are you interested in intentional equipping that will prepare you for your future calling? Summer Internship is a 2-month experience that invests in the leadership of young adults.

Valley Creek Leadership Academy (VCLA) is an environment where young adults (18-25) gain a greater sense of who they are, who God is, and what they were created to do through a two-year experience. Our vision is to send out young adults to carry hope and lead wherever they go.
At the beginning of our Spring and Fall semesters, we gather everyone who leads across all our ministries for Leader Summit. Each one is unique, and we always walk away refresh and encouraged. Learn more about leading through one of the ways above or by joining a serve team.
