Registration is not required. When you arrive, the Kids Guest Experience Team will help you check in your kids, or you can check them in yourself at any of the fast pass stations. Please note that each room will have limited capacity. If your kids’ assigned room reaches capacity before you are able to check them in, they are welcome to attend service with you.
Masks are required for all Valley Creek Kids Serve Team members and for all kids in our Elementary rooms (PreK – 5th grade). Masks are not required for kids in our Early Childhood rooms (infant – preschool).
Safety is always our top priority! All surfaces, toys, and handheld equipment will either be disinfected or swapped out before each service. Hand sanitizing stations will also be available throughout all of our campuses and Kids spaces.
Families and serve team members will be notified in the event we’re made aware of a positive COVID-19 case that affects them.
That’s okay! We’ll continue to have an amazing online experience for your kids at youtube.com/valleycreekkids.
We recommend that parents bring a diaper bag and bottle/cup, both labeled with your kid’s name. If your kid is still potty training, please bring a diaper/pull-up and a change of clothes just in case.
For the safety of all kids, no outside food or drinks will be allowed except for in our infant rooms, where bottles and baby food provided by parents will be served upon request.
If your child is ill or has an immediate need, a team member will text you to let you know specifics of that need. If you don’t respond or if texting isn’t an option, we’ll display your child’s security tag number on monitors located on each side of the platform in the Worship Center. If you see your kid’s number, please return to the Kids check-in area and a member of our Kids Team will assist you.
