We believe in the redemptive potential of humanity. We believe every person was created to be a kingdom leader. And while we’re not qualified for every leadership position, we’ve all been commissioned and empowered by God to make a difference.

Because of that, we’re focused on helping people in every generation grow as kingdom-minded leaders! We want to create a leadership development culture that provides opportunities so that every person can become everything God created them to be. Valley Creek Leadership Academy (VCLA) is an environment where young adults (18-25) gain a greater sense of who they are, who God is, and what they were created to do through a two-year experience. Our vision is to send out young adults to carry hope and lead wherever they go.
