summer Mission Trip

This summer, we’ll be taking a team of young adults to New Delhi, India to partner with a local church that educates, feeds, and brings hope to children and families that live in the slums. We believe this will be a great opportunity to practice the ways of Jesus, advance kingdom culture, and grow as disciples.

Mission Trip FAQs

  • Young Adults (18-28, not currently enrolled in high school).
  • Must also be actively engaged in either a Valley Creek Circle or serve on a Valley Creek team.
  • Complete Application (Applications will be open from February 20 through March 18). Space is limited.
  • Submit a non-refundable deposit within 72 hours of acceptance to secure your spot on the trip.
  • Ministry: Partnering with a local church in New Delhi that educates, feeds, and brings hope to children and families that live in the slums.
  • Adventure Day: Excursion to the Taj Mahal
  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due within 72 hours of acceptance to the trip.
  • The total cost of the trip is $3,000, which will be paid in increments across three months.
  • Trip cost includes airfare, all ground transportation, baggage fees, on-location meals, lodging, ministry training, international insurance, and ministry supplies.
  • Trip cost does not include passport fees, India E-visa, souvenirs, or immunizations.
  • All donations are tax-deductible, and all funds raised towards the trip are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Fundraising resources will be made available for those who will be raising financial support.
  • Valley Creek Staff and Leaders.
  • All leaders are background checked and have experience leading international mission trips.
