Valley Creek will partner with local churches to reach, connect, and love the next generation through schools, local churches, and communities. Together, we’ll share the gospel, serve others, and create opportunities for students to encounter the love of Jesus.

This trip is specifically designed for current Valley Creek students in 9th–12th grade who are actively engaged in either Student Leadership Experience or Student Circles.
Our students will serve the local church while sharing the gospel through an evangelistic drama. Throughout the trip, students will participate in opportunities for prayer, evangelism, sharing testimonies, service projects, and outreach alongside local churches and leaders.
Students will be trained monthly from November through May by Valley Creek staff. Each of our mission trips are designed to be short-term experiences with long-term impact. That’s why each mission trip is a six-month transformative experience that’s designed to help our students grow as a disciple of Jesus and practical missional living.
All of the details and logistics for this trip will be provided during each training and made available to students through an online portal in Managed Missions.
Each team member will raise $3,300 with payments due from October – April. The total cost of the trip includes airfare, visa, all ground transportation, baggage fees, meals, lodging, international insurance, ministry training, and ministry supplies. It does not include passport fees, souvenirs, additional international insurance, or immunizations (required or optional).
All donations are tax-deductible, and all funds raised towards the trip are non-refundable and non-transferable. The drop deadline for this trip is 5pm on December 1. Withdrawing from the trip after the drop deadline means the team member is responsible for the entire cost of the trip.
Students can apply here during our application window of September 27 – Ocober 11. Spots are limited and participation in the trip is not guaranteed. If accepted, students will receive a registration email by Thursday, October 15. Upon acceptance, students will need to register and pay their non-refundable $200 deposit within 72 hours.
