• Adults actively engaged in either a Valley Creek Circle or serve on a Valley Creek team
• Adults age 18 or above who are active and in good health

We will have an India Mission Trip Interest Gathering coming soon to hear about the vision, itinerary, application process, and ministry opportunities for this experience.

• Complete an application (applications will be open TBD)
• Submit a non-refundable deposit within 72 hours of acceptance to secure your spot on the trip

• Seven days of community development projects and hands-on ministry as we partner with a local church
• One day to see local cultural and historical landmarks

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due within 72 hours of acceptance to the trip.
  Each participant will be required to raise $3,500 across four months (March – June)
• The total cost of the trip includes airfare, all ground transportation, baggage fees, international insurance, on-location meals, lodging, ministry training, and ministry supplies.
• The total cost of the trip does not include passport fees, souvenirs, airport meals, or immunizations.
• All donations are tax-deductible, and all funds raised towards the trip are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• This trip will be led by Valley Creek Staff and leaders.
• All leaders are background checked and have experience leading international mission trips.
