In fall 2027, we’ll be taking a team of adults to India to partner with our Asia Strategic Partner. This will be a great opportunity to partner with the local church, invest in the next generation, encourage pastors and church leaders, and help lead prayer gatherings.
This trip will be led by Valley Creek staff and leaders and is open to adults aged 18 and older who are no longer in high school, lead a Valley Creek Circle or Serve Team, are actively tithing, and are in good health.
Each mission trip is designed to be more than a trip you’re on for a week or two – it’s a six-month transformative experience. No matter how long the actual trip is, where we’re going, or who’s participating, the heart of our mission trips is to help you grow as a disciple of Jesus. It’s an opportunity for God to do something in you as He does something through you.
During the trip, we will attend a local church service, serve and love our partners in the local church, and look for opportunities to ask, listen, and respond to the Holy Spirit. We pray that God creates moments that lead to movement, inspiring a life of mission. We also love to learn, see, and discover the history and culture of God’s people all over the world. We are all made in His image, so the more we see God’s people, the more we see Jesus.
Each of our mission trips is a short-term experience designed to create long-term impact. This six-month transformative experience will help you grow as a disciple of Jesus and give God opportunities to do something in you as He does something through you.
Each participant on our trips engage in monthly trainings at our Next Steps Center to learn how to share the gospel, share their stories of hope, memorize scripture, and practice a lifestyle of asking, listening, and responding to the voice of God.
We’ll have monthly meetings throughout the preparation process to connect as a team, pray together, and prepare for our ministry opportunities. A commitment to join the team for the mission trip is a commitment to train with your team, so we ask everyone to engage in at least 75% of our trainings.
Each participant’s cost is $3,700. Cost includes airfare, visa costs, transportation, baggage fees, international insurance, meals, lodging, ministry training, and ministry supplies. It does not include passport fees or immunizations.
We’ll equip you with a fundraising platform and resources. All donations are tax-deductible, non-refundable, and non-transferable. The drop deadline for this trip is 5pm on March 1, 2027. Withdrawing from the trip after the drop deadline means the team member is responsible for the entire cost of the trip.
We’ll host a Interest Gathering to share the vision, itinerary, application process, and ministry opportunities for this experience. The gathering will be held on January 24, 2027. Click here to register.
Applications will open immediately following the Interest Gathering. The application window will be from January 24 – February 7, 2027. Acceptance will be based on the criteria listed above, review of the application, and space availability on the trip. Upon acceptance, each participant will have 72 hours to submit a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure their spot. Space will be limited.
Valley Creek staff and leaders will lead the trip and provide resources to prepare the team for ministry and travel. All leaders are background-checked and have experience leading adults.
