In the midst of a new year, resolutions, and getting back into the swing of things, we’re continuing to learn what it looks like to arrange and rearrange our lives around Jesus and His kingdom. One of the best ways to prepare ourselves for all God has this spring is to fast and pray.

What is Fasting?
Fasting is abstaining from food in order to seek and feast on God.
