School Makeovers
We love to support local educators! We’ve had the opportunity to renovate and redecorate teacher lounges and faculty offices to be comfortable and relaxing spaces. This allows the staff at our local schools to serve students well!
School Projects
Our schools not only educate students, they also take care of classrooms and buildings to make great spaces to learn. Some projects fall outside of the regular building maintenance schedules for the school year. This has allowed us to step in and paint cafeterias, landscape, improve playgrounds, build sensory hallways, and deep clean cafeterias. We collaborate with faculties and their requests to create outcomes that benefit the entire school body.
Parks & Playground Projects
The outdoor spaces our cities and towns provide are an important part of our community. We partner with Parks & Recreation Departments to build playgrounds, clean up parks, clear brush from nature trails, paint fences, and clean lakefront areas. The goal of each project is to ensure our parks are clean and beautiful for the community to enjoy.
Food Projects
There are families in our community who struggle with food security. Several times a year, we organize a large-scale food collection for families and to fill our local food pantries. Our projects include packing over 100,000 meals to send to food banks, packing a week’s worth of groceries for thousands of families in need at Thanksgiving, and providing our Title I schools with thousands of snack bags for state testing days.
Additional Projects
There are so many ways to serve our community and we’re continually looking for innovative ways to do so. These include building fences, painting bridges, cleaning roadsides, renovating homes, planting food gardens, and much more. Our goal is to use our resources and helping hands to make a difference in the lives of the people in our city.
