Leader Labs are where a small group of leaders gather by ministry to apply the content and concepts shared at Leader Summit to grow as disciples of Jesus (like a circle for Leader Summit).
We encourage every leader at Valley Creek to sign up for a lab as a next step on their leadership journey. If you lead in multiple ministries, you’ll only need to attend one leader lab.
Leader Lab FAQs
If I missed Leader Summit, should I register for a lab?
Yes. All leaders will be invited to register for a lab whether or not they attend Leader Summit. During the lab, the Campus Pastor/Ministry Leader will provide context through conversation for those that missed.
What should I do if I can't make any of the dates listed?
Email nextsteps@valleycreek.org so we can try to help you find a leader lab that works for your schedule.
What should I bring?
Bring your pen, Bible, and journal to the lab.
How long are the labs?
Each lab is 90 minutes long.
Will there be food available?
Food will only be provided for labs scheduled over lunch.
Will there be childcare available?
We won’t have childcare available for labs. We also have limited space, and our hope is for leaders to be able to fully engage, so children aren’t able to attend with parents.
