2019 READING PLANS

AUGUST 2019

Within you is the spirit of a pioneer. You were created to move mountains, walk on water, fight giants, defeat darkness, and to follow the God who wants to be known into the unknown. And it is in the midst of the unknown where you most easily discover the God who wants to be known. You are a pioneer.

When we refuse to step into our divine purpose, something within us begins to die. We were never meant to play it safe, to hold back, to pursue comfort and convenience – we were created for a great adventure. Therefore, our theme for this year as a church is to Pioneer. All throughout 2019, we want to take new ground together.

Together, we want to take new ground in our faith, marriages, families, relationships, finances, purposes, callings, and hearts – we want to take new ground in every area of our lives. Our desire is to see God’s kingdom come and His will done in our lives and in the cities around us.

As we pioneer, we are going to need a big faith and a courageous spirit. One of the greatest ways we build our faith is by engaging the Scriptures and listening to the Word of God. Join us each month in reading a chapter a day as we discover God’s faithfulness, so we can have the faith to follow Him into the future. The greatest days of your life are ahead because the greatest adventures of your life have yet to be lived. It’s time to pioneer…together. What ground does God want you to take?
