This past Sunday, we got to gather for our Coach Equipping at each of our campuses! We got to share how the experience is going so far and learn some best practices to maximize the time we have with our pods. If you weren’t able to be there this Sunday, your student director will be following up with you this week to review some of the things we talked through.
We wanted to share the video from this Sunday for you to go back to as you dream about how you are going to lead your pod. Additionally, we’ve included a screenshot of one coach’s GroupMe reminder for their students. We thought this was a great example of how coaches are setting their students up for success!
