Next Gen Serve Day

As a coach, your win for the day is to carry Kingdom Culture, encourage your pod to build relationships with each other and to have FUN! On Saturday, we get to encourage our kids/students to engage in every rotation with their whole heart as we kick off Hope on the Move: Groceries!
- This means no serving station needs to be a race, and you are encouraged to lead your pod to pray or even slow a project down to make sure it’s done with excellence.

Wear your Kids Leadership Shirt
Each pod will receive a team colored bandana that will identify which rotation your pod is a part of. You’ll receive bandanas for your entire pod at the Coach Huddle and will distribute to your pod as they arrive
Coaches, your bathroom will be at the back of the Next Steps Center, Kids/Students bathroom will be in the front of the Next Steps Center. If kids/students can wait til free time to use the restroom, that would be best so they don’t miss out on serving!
- Kids Coaches, please send kids in groups to the restroom (a minimum of 2).

8:45-9am | Doors open, check-in, donuts, head to back of the Next Steps Center
- Coaches will be in the NSC waiting by their color flag for their pod and hand out bandanas to everyone in your pod
9:00-9:15am | Welcome & Group Photo

9:15-10:30am | Rotations
10:35-10:50am | Debrief, Pod discussion

10:50-11am | Share out, wrap up, pray
11:00am | Parent Pickup from Lewisville, Kids will head to NS1 for pick up
- No Coach Debrief – send notes/stories to your Staff Leader in GroupMe’s

We have several different rotations that you’ll get to go through with your pod! Each pod is led by a Staff Leader and VCLA so you just get to walk in with your pod and experience everything! You’ll receive your rotation order in the Coach Huddle Saturday morning.
