This Saturday, we get to kick off the week of Hope on the Move: Groceries as a Next Gen Team! We get to partner with VCLA and Kids Leadership to serve our city. As a coach, your win for the day is to carry Kingdom Culture, encourage your pod to build relationships with each other and to have FUN! Here are a few details you need to know for the day:
- We will huddle at 8:30am at the Lewisville Campus in Next Steps Room 1
- Wear your red Students shirt (or hoodie!)
- The leader bathroom will be at the back of the Next Steps Center, Kids/Students bathroom will be in the front of the Next Steps Center
- Please review the timeline of the day, serving rotations, parking map, and debrief questions below
TIMELINE
- 8:30am | Coach huddle in Next Steps 1
- 8:45-9am | Doors open, check-in, donuts, head to back of the Next Steps Center
- Coaches will be in the NSC waiting by their color flag for their pod and hand out bandanas to everyone in your pod
- 9:00-9:15am | Welcome & group photo
- 9:15-10:30am | Rotations
- 10:35-10:50am | Debrief (pod discussion)

- 10:50-11am | Share out, wrap up, pray
- 11:00am | Parent pickup and dismissal from Lewisville
- No coach debrief – send notes/stories to your Student Director in GroupMe

SERVING ROTATIONS
Throughout the day, we’ll have several different rotations that you’ll get to go through with your pod! Each pod is led by a Staff Leader, so you just get to walk in with your pod and experience everything. Each pod will receive a team colored bandana that will identify which rotation your pod is a part of. You’ll receive your bandanas for your entire pod and your rotation order in the coach huddle Saturday morning.
*No serving station needs to be a race, and you are encouraged to lead your pod to pray or even slow a project down to make sure it’s done with excellence 🙂
