EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

 


PURPOSE STATEMENT:

 

The Executive Assistant is an integral team member who creates an environment of order with excitement and passion. This role is best served by someone who is detail oriented, embraces change, and is looking for an opportunity to grow in ministry.

 

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Serves the Leadership Team through administrative coordination of daily events
  • Maintains the Leadership Team schedule with staff and external appointments
  • Facilitates communication with the staff on behalf of the Executive Pastor
  • Partners with the Executive Pastor in the leadership of various meetings
  • Accepts ownership of various projects as needed
  • Serves as a liaison for the Leadership Team to anyone within Valley Creek Church

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • A devotion to the vision of Valley Creek Church
  • A servant hearted posture toward leadership
  • Extensive administrative ability; advanced user of most MS Office products
  • Enjoys working with others
  • Demonstrates the ability to be a peaceful presence with a soft strength
  • Able to model professionalism with a personable countenance
  • Serves Monday thru Thursday 8:30am – 4:00pm; some overtime may be required

 

Reports to: Executive Pastor

Part Time (30 hours)
