DENTON CAMPUS LIVE PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

 


PURPOSE STATEMENT:

 

The role of the Campus Live Production Director is to lead, develop, disciple, and equip the serve team members that make up the local campus Production Team, and to provide technical leadership and guidance for all production related activities at the local campus.

 

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Lead, develop, disciple, and equip local campus serve team members and leaders
  • Build healthy teams and leaders by equipping, encouraging, and challenging serve team members to receive God’s grace, experience His presence, and release His kingdom
  • Foster a culture of shared leadership
  • Local campus event oversight, production team management, and creative solution finding
  • Program and coordinate media elements for local campus services and events
  • Service and maintain production equipment at the local campus
  • Participate in local campus special projects and tasks (Including set design, construction, installs, etc.)
  • Perform other tasks and duties as requested by the local campus leadership

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Creative problem solver and crisis leadership ability
  • Able to communicate and relate well with campus leadership and serve team members
  • Live audio production experience
  • Lighting design and programming experience
  • Live video production experience
  • Knowledge of set design
  • ProPresenter, Photoshop, Final Cut, and ProTools experience
  • Degree or real world equivalent in show production
  • Appropriate technical certification preferred
  • Vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ as evidenced by increasing intimacy and demonstration/development of the gifts of the Spirit
  • Meets the standards of the Valley Creek Church Staff Code
  • Be All In with Valley Creek Church
