DATA COORDINATOR

 


PURPOSE STATEMENT:

 

We are looking for someone who cares about the details. This role is vital to everything that happens behind-the-scenes to support the administration of data, events, gatherings, and services.

 

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Supports Central Events Director to ensure all Data-related timelines are met
  • Manages incoming data requests
  • Anticipates reporting needs based on master calendar
  • Oversees all registrations and related processes
  • Oversees and develops check-in teams across all campuses

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • A devotion to the vision of Valley Creek Church
  • Agreement to 30 work hours and to passionately serve at designated events throughout the year
  • Ability to lead multiple teams of people
  • Skills to think strategically and communicate effectively
  • Proficient in computer software skills, including MS Office Suite

 

Reports to: Central Events Director
