COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

 


PURPOSE STATEMENT:

 

The Comm Coordinator cares about the details. This person brings a soft heart and strong hands to a team of creative communicators. This role is vital in bringing a level of excellence and follow through to everything that happens behind-the-scenes.

 

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Build vendor relationships and centralized order tracking
  • Support the Project Manager is ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Oversee weekend speaker’s notes process
  • Manage schedules for all gatherings and pre-production of creative elements

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • A devotion to the vision of Valley Creek Church
  • Agreement to passionately serve at designated events throughout the year
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Skills to communicate clearly in person and in print
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office; technical presentation skills
