A document that is meant to be a tool to use during the first 10-15 minutes of any serve team meeting.
The purpose of the Huddle Guide is to provide an outline for pre-service huddles to ensure consistency across all campus teams. It is intended to align all serve teams across all campuses to improve overall communication, preparedness, and further build relationships within our serve teams by processing the weekly message together.
Staff – During Monday morning campus operations meetings and when leading a serve team
CTLs – When leading a serve team
STLs – When serving in place of a CTL or leading a team in any other capacity
The first 15 minutes of any serve team meeting that occurs.
The Central Next Steps Team will produce the Huddle Guide weekly. The Huddle Guide will be emailed to All Staff on Sundays by 2pm and will be available at valleycreek.org/huddleguide, on the VCC Dashboard, and local campus teams will forward to campus CTLs & STLs according to the distribution process.
