This Friday in Student Leadership, we get to host our Open Heaven Retreat! We believe this is going to be a marker stone moment for our students, and we’re expecting a mighty move of God. Here are some details you need to know as coaches:
- Coach Huddle will be at 6:15pm at our Flower Mound Campus
- Come wearing your grey Student Leadership shirt that we received at our kickoff. Dinner will be provided in the atrium starting at 6:30 — this is a great time to sit with your pod and hear what God has been showing them recently.
- Complete the prep work questions for yourself
- We want to give our students space to go first in each experience, but we want to be ready as coaches to engage for ourselves. You’re welcome to engage every experience for yourself, but we encourage you to use discernment to make sure our students still have space to encounter God.
- Start praying for each student in your pod
- We know that the future will be built on prayer, so the greatest way we can lead our students this weekend is by praying for them individually.
- Come with open hands and an open heart
- We don’t want our expectations or experiences to get in the way of what God wants to do tomorrow night, so come ready to experience God in a new way!
