A Group Leader is someone who helps other people take their next steps with Jesus while they continue to take their own. They are ordinary people who lead from a place of having been with Jesus (Acts 4:13). These are the steps to become a Group Leader:
Step 1: Get in a group and experience it for yourself. Look for ways to help the Group Leader, and ask lots of questions to learn more about group leadership.
Step 2: Attend a Group Leader Interest Meeting (required), and potentially Group Leader Base Camp (optional). See below for more information on each.
Step 3: Meet with a Groups Director (or Groups Partner) to determine next steps.
Step 4: Complete the Pathway to become All In with Valley Creek!
