Online-Only Services This Weekend

WE ARE A MOVEMENT OF HOPE FOR A WORLD THAT IS STUCK IN A SPIRIT OF FEAR.
In the midst of chaos and uncertainty, this is an incredible opportunity to demonstrate the hope of Jesus to the world around us. How we respond and trust the Lord during times of trouble shows people the peace and freedom that Jesus offers.
HERE’S WHAT WE WANT YOU TO KNOW:

1. WE’RE HERE TO BRING HOPE

We have made the hard decision, in unity with our leadership team, to have online-only service until further notice. We also have closed down our physical campus and office buildings. We are the church of Jesus, and we want to honor the government officials that have asked everyone to postpone large gatherings for the next two weeks. We are a movement of hope for the city and beyond. Let’s keep our eyes focused on Jesus. He is still more than enough.

2. WE CARRY THE OPPOSITE SPIRIT

Just like Jesus did, we walk into situations with the opposite spirit. Where there’s despair, we bring hope. Where there’s fear, we bring faith. Where there’s panic, we bring peace. And we have the opportunity to do that in our homes, work, school, church, and on social media. This is how we live set apart and let our light shine.

3. LET’S WASH OUR HANDS, THEN GO BACK TO WASHING PEOPLE’S FEET

Let’s be wise in the current realities but not forget the mission we are on. The Church is always at her best when she, like Jesus, washes the feet of those around her. We are not here to remove ourselves from the world; we are here to serve the world.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE DOING ORGANIZATIONALLY:
To put your mind at ease, these are some things we are actively doing:

  • We’re asking everyone at Valley Creek, at all gatherings, to be wise with physical contact and replace handshakes and fist bumps with smiles and waves.

  • We are deep cleaning all of our campuses including kid’s spaces, restrooms, atriums, and worship centers.

  • We will have cleaning stations and hand sanitizer at all campuses.

  • There will be serve teams actively cleaning during and between all services.

  • We’re staying up to date with the most current information, and we will let you know if additional adjustments are needed along the way.

  • Join us online this weekend!
Valley Creek, let’s pray for the life of Jesus to be released in the sickness and chaos of this world, remembering that Jesus is still more than enough. Wherever there is worldly chaos, we will bring kingdom comfort.
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27)
